Samuel Hart is the founder and managing member of SDH Associates, LLC, a training and consulting organization.  He previously served as a primary instructor at the U.S. Naval Justice School, Newport, R.I., and as a Quality Advisor and Training Coordinator at the New Jersey Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs.

Mr. Hart has designed and presented courses and workshops for private businesses, local, state and federal governments, New Jersey School Districts, the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA), New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) and, Community Colleges, in the areas of Human Resources, Employee Relations, Customer Service, Quality Management, Management and Supervisory Leadership, School and Workplace Violence.

SDH Associates, LLC currently partners with the Educational Information and Resource Center (EIRC) to provide training to school districts specifically in the areas of Bullying Prevention, Gang Awareness, School Sexual Harassment, School Emergency Crises and training for ESP staff including School Bus Behavior, Providing Quality Services, etc.

In 2001, SDH Associates, LLC, was designated as a New Jersey Department of Education Professional Development Provider #3813. Mr. Hart is a Certified Olweus Bullying Prevention Program trainer and consultant.

Mr. Hart was, one of a team of three individuals, chosen to develop a script for a series of on-line videos designed to meet the training requirements of the NJ Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights for the NJSBA and New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA).  He also assisted in the development and presentation of a WEBINAR series for EIRC.
