In conformance with the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, school districts, principals, other school staff, and board of education members will understand what constitutes bullying and, how to prevent, report, investigate and respond to incidents of harassment, intimidation and bullying through lecture, group practice, role plays, DVD segments and appropriate handouts .
